Dates are mixed right into the dough of this fruity loaf

Buttermilk Currant

A slightly sweet, soft bread with loads of currants

Fig

Figs are incorporated into the dough and more are added to provide morsels or figgy flavour

Olive Bread

A loaf speckled with whole black Kalamata olives 

Buttermilk Seed Bread

Whole seeds and a touch of buttermilk and honey make this loaf a favorite of many customers

An Italian classic made with durum semolina flour
